Our friend Jan Vranovsky delight us with another exquisite logo design, this time for the automotive industry. “Autrio” proves again the endeavours behind Jan’s works.

The client was Autrio, car-selling / automobile related company, created as a commission for Fontai.

Since the customer didn’t have any explicit requierements or vision, I decided to go for automobile graphics inspired, abstract geometric shape, with both letter “A” and Three (as auTRIO) in it somehow.

Here’s simple explanation of how the shape developed.

Autrio type is custom created, based on geometry of the symbol (60° angles) and the need not to dominate over the symbol visualy. Also, everything was kinda ‘80ies inspired because I listened to a lot of ‘80ies electronic stuff recently.
